The people behind the support

Care is personal.
So is our approach.

Evaden Community Services was created around the belief that adults deserve support that respects who they are and helps them stay connected to their community.

Why Evaden Care

See the person,
not just the plan.

Evaden's founders, Albert and Tambudzai, bring a combined 18 years of experience across social and care settings, including community care and support following hospital stays and surgery.

That experience informs a practical, compassionate approach: listen carefully, understand the person's routines and goals, and shape any support around the agreed care plan.

We believe meaningful support should help people feel heard, keep their choices at the centre and stay part of the communities they call home.
